**Self-service pump-outs available at no charge to boaters renting a slip or mooring by the day, week or season.


Season boaters will receive 2 transferable parking permits for their use. Parking permits will be required in all vehicles on the property. Season boaters with more than 2 cars or a vehicle without a permit on any day will be charged $5.00 per day for each additional vehicle, for visitor parking. Visitors must park in designated parking areas.
