Gilbert Brook Marina is located on Lake Champlain, 12 miles south of the U.S.- Canadian border and 8 miles north of Plattsburgh, New York. Gilbert Brook's location at the center of Monty Bay offers open waters with gentle breezes, and a panoramic view of the surrounding New York and Vermont shorelines and mountains.  Our season extends from May 1 to October 15.

One of Lake Champlain's newest marinas, Gilbert Brook offers modern, convenient facilities at rates lower than those found at most full service marinas.

Self-service pump-outs are available at no charge to boaters renting a slip or mooring by the day, week, month, and season.  All the facilities at Monty's Bay Campsites are available to Gilbert Brook Marina customers.

Season boaters will receive 2 transferable parking permits for their use. Parking permits will be required in all vehicles on the property. Season boaters with more than 2 cars or a vehicle without a permit on any day will be charged $3.00 per day for each additional vehicle, for visitor parking. Visitors must park in designated parking areas.
